Join Our Growing Team!
Are you looking for more than just another therapist position?
Would you thrive in a practice where exceptional client care and clinician well-being are equally valued?
Are you excited by the opportunity to help shape a practice that's expanding alongside one of Ontario's fastest-growing communities?
Join a psychology and mental health practice where your clinical expertise doesn't just support clients. It shapes the future of mental health care in our community.
At Trillium Wellness & Psychological Services, we believe exceptional client care begins with supporting the clinicians who provide it. That's why we've built a collaborative, evidence-based practice where Registered Psychologists (Autonomous or Supervised Practice), Psychological Associates, Registered Social Workers, and Registered Psychotherapists have the freedom to focus on their clients while we provide the administrative, clinical, and operational support needed to build a fulfilling and sustainable career.
The Welland and southern Niagara region continues to grow, and so does the need for accessible, high-quality mental health care. As our practice expands to meet those needs, we're looking for more than someone to fill a role. We're looking for someone who wants to help shape what's next. Whether your passion lies in developing a specialty area, working with a particular population, or helping introduce new services, we'll work with you to build a practice that reflects your professional interests and strengths.
Our bright, contemporary clinic in downtown Welland offers fully furnished therapy offices, quality assessment and therapy resources, and dedicated administrative support so you can spend less time managing logistics and more time doing the work that matters most.

Our Vision
We're building a psychology and mental health practice that grows alongside our community. As the needs of Welland and the southern Niagara region continue to evolve, we're committed to expanding our services while remaining grounded in evidence-based care, meaningful relationships, and clinical excellence.
Our Values
We believe that how we care for our clinicians directly influences how they care for their clients.
Our practice is guided by authenticity, collaboration, curiosity, and lifelong learning. We recognize that meaningful careers are built by supporting each clinician's unique strengths and interests. Not by asking everyone to follow the same path.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a Registered Psychologist, Psychological Associate, Registered Social Worker, or Registered Psychotherapist who is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care and excited to grow within a collaborative, multidisciplinary practice.
Our ideal colleague is someone who is:

College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (please note: we are not able to accommodate RP (Qualifying) or Psychological Associates in Supervised Practice applicants at this time due to supervision limitations)
Experienced in providing psychotherapy and psychological assessment
Skilled in clinical documentation and report writing
Comfortable working with standardized assessment tools
Strong in ethical reasoning and clinical decision-making
Organized, independent, and collaborative
Committed to evidence-based practice
Scope of Practice & Opportunity
You'll have the opportunity to practise within your full scope and areas of competence while building a caseload that reflects your interests and expertise. Depending on your registration and competencies, your work may include assessment, diagnosis (where applicable), psychotherapy, psychological reporting, consultation, and, if interested, clinical supervision or mentorship.
Because we're a growing practice, you'll also have opportunities to contribute to new services, develop specialty programs, and help shape the future direction of our clinic. As a smaller and growing team, your ideas won't get lost. If there's a service you've always wanted to offer or a population you've wanted to serve, we'd love to explore it with you.
